*APSA had initially planned and announced for the 2017 Asian Seed Congress to be held in Manila, but due to emergency travel restrictions imposed by the Philippines Government ahead of the 31st ASEAN Summit, APSA’s EC has decided to hold the 24th Asian Seed Congress in Bangkok instead, while looking to hold the 25th ASC in Manila in November, 2018, instead of Thailand as initially planned.
